Deluxe Caravan for Hire on Haven's fantastic Caister site.

This is our family owned caravan which we are only letting out for few weeks to help cover site fees so it does not have as much wear and tear as normal holiday lets. This is our holiday home not a full time business. We have made it as welcoming as we can with lots of extras in it for you to use.

Lounge is spacious and airy with comfy built in sofas. There is a 32in TV with DVD player, a selection of DVDs, games, puzzles and books for your use.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for your holiday stay including plastic crockery and cutlery for use outdoors.

There is a large shower cubicle, wash basin & WC with storage shelves for your toiletries and towels. Bathroom has heated towel rail. There is also a second WC with wash basin. You will need to bring your own towels.

The double bedroom has a double wardrobe with built in drawers, mirror, bedside shelves with lamps and overhead shelving above the bed.
The 2 twin bedrooms have small , shelves above the beds and mirrors.
All bedrooms have heating.
Beds are all made up for you on your arrival with good quality cotton bed linen.

There is patio furniture and a BBQ for you to use (please leave as you find it).
We have a patio area as well as grass all around the caravan, with a large grassed area in front of the caravan, ideal for playing games with the smaller children. There is a parking bay right next to the caravan.

We are 2 mins from lovely sandy beach and 5 mins from entertainment complex. Entertainment passes are not included in the price but these can be bought on your arrival from reception.

Arrival time is from 2.30 pm and departure is 10.00am.

There is a folder with lots of information on things in and around the area. All we ask is that you leave the caravan as you find it. There is a Hoover and cleaning materials for your convenience.

We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday. We also ask for a £75 damage deposit, this is paid with your balance and is returned to you when the caravan has been inspected and found to be in good order. We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.

We do not allow pets or smoking in caravan
