We have a spacious 12 foot wide! ( 20% more space than standard 10 foot caravans ) 3 bedroom caravan ( sleeps 8 ) situated at one of Haven's most popular sites, Caister on Sea near Great Yarmouth. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach and swimming pool and close to excellent on-site facilities, located in a lively/child friendly area of the park.

Our caravan has all mod cons, including fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave and a good sized fridge-freezer. It offers spacious living and seating area’s including gas fire, DVD Player and 26" Flat Screen Freeview Television in the lounge. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle/ small bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a separate toilet with washbasin. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms (the twin beds push together to form double beds if you wish). All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, shelving and small cupboards. In the lounge, one of the fixed sofas, houses a pull out double bed.

■ For added comfort We supply a Free view Television and a choice of Children’s/Family DVD's, a Hoover, a Travel Cot, a Childs Bed Guard, a Highchair, 2 Portable Fan Heaters and a Clothes Airer. None of these are available without an extra cost when booking with Haven.

Our prices include gas, electric, hot water, use of pillows and duvets. Bed linen is not included but can be hired from the Welcome centre at a cost of £10.00 per bedroom, or you could just bring your own bedding.

Our price does not include Funworks Passes which are only required for evening entertainment and use of the swimming pool. You will need to purchase them, if required from the Welcome Centre upon arrival. Children under 4yrs Do not need a Funworks Pass. :)

When you book, a £50 non refundable deposit is required (£100 for Peak season). This secures your booking with the outstanding amount to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday, ( instalments welcome ) or your Booking will be cancelled.

In addition, a £50.00 bond is added to the hire price for loss of keys, cleaning and any possible damage. This is refunded once the caravan has been inspected as being left in a clean and undamaged state within 2 weeks after departure.
Dogs incur a Higher £75.00 refundable damages bond.

Discounts are given for payment in full within 7 days of provisional booking and repeat bookings.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply;

■ 56 days or more - Booking Fee
■ 55 – 29 days - 75% of the total Rental Fee
■ 28 days or less - 100% of the total Rental Fee
