At Calm Meditation, I am currently offering meditation courses in small groups for Mind Calm Meditation. The small group numbers mean you get as close as possible to one to one training at a fraction of the cost.
If you would like a more tailored and personal coaching experience, one to one individual coaching is available and can be delivered by Skype if you don't live within travelling distance of Reading where I am based.
You can learn this easy, accessible and highly effective meditation technique in just four sessions over a four week period, so there is no need to commit to months of training and you get unlimited access to meditation workshops afterwards for a small booking fee per workshop (£5).
The courses are fun and friendly, and the meditation techniques are simple, easy-to-learn and involve no jargon, no rituals, no strict rules, no uncomfortable sitting positions, they're not religious and there is absolutely no judgement as to where you're at.
