My name is Caroline, I am based in Margate and cover all of Thanet and up to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay.

In 2012 I successfully lost 4 dress sizes on the Cambridge Weight Plan after the birth of my third son, going from a size 22 to a happy, healthy size 14. I felt that I had nothing to lose - apart from ALOT of weight - and having that 1:1 support from my Consultant made all the difference in losing weight and also keeping it off. It is my pleasure to do the same for you!
