Canada Fields Caravan Park was opened in 2011 and is situated on a Family run working Farm set in beautiful North Yorkshire. Canada Fields Caravan Park & Camp site accommodates touring caravans, motor homes and tents.
Each touring pitch is on hard standing, with an electric hook up and water never more than a few pitches away.
Our new wet-room shower block opened in 2014, it's Disabled friendly and has been enjoyed by all who have stayed. The shower block is well finished to a high standard and we keep both wet-rooms well heated.
The Site office currently offers free range eggs and meat raised on the farm too order for anyone wanting to enjoy a fresh BBQ.
The site also offers an onsite dog walk around the ponds and at the rear of the site you can meander into the adjacent field for a slightly longer walk.
Guests on the park may fish on our own ponds for £5 per day per rod, for non-guests £6 per rod. The lake is stocked with mix of Mirror and Common Carp, Roach, bream & Tench.
Opening times are 8am till 8pm
Rules are;
No keep nets,
Maximum two rods per angler
Barbless hooks only and all fish must be return quickly and safely
The Farm specializes in raising rare breeds including Kunekune Pigs, Highland Cattle, and Specialist Sheep Breeds.
As well as our domestic farm animals, pets and working animals a variety of wild animals and flora and fauna can be found on and around Canada Fields including geese, foxes, ducks, teal, wigeon, heron's, badgers, hares, rabbits, daffodils and many other wild flowers and animals
