Our van is fully double galzed and central heated. This makes it perfect for a break at any time of the year. We have 3 bedrooms 1 x double and 2 x twin with a double pull out bed in the living area.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker/hob fridge with freezer compartment and sandwich toastie maker. There is cutlery and crockery for 8 guests. Pots, pans and other cooking equipment is also provided.
We will also provide our guests with an iron and ironing board, hoover and hairdryer.
For most bookings beds will be fully made up for your arrival. If this is not possible we will advise you upon confirmation of your booking.
In the living area we have a 32" TV with Freeview and DVD player.
Outside we have private parking for 1 car. There is a lawned area and patio with a table, 6 chairs and parasol, 2 sun loungers and a BBQ.

Our breaks are Monday to Friday.
There may be the occasional weekend available but these will be advertised as and when.
A deposit will secure your booking and balance payment is to be made 6 weeks prior to your stay.
