Carmarthenshire Music Service delivers specialist music tuition from professional, highly experienced staff to over 6000 children every week across more then 100 schools in the county. Every year students of all ages have the opportunity to take part in rehearsals and perform regularly with 26 different ensembles, covering everything from solo opportunities to full Orchestra, and everything in between!. Senior students also have the opportunity to audition for regional and national ensembles. Past ‘Graduates’ of the Music service can be found working professionally in every aspect of the musical world- performing in West end shows, the BBC Philharmonic, and KwaZulu- Natal Philharmonic Orchestra, or headlining with their band on the worldwide Jazz scene.
Mae Gwasanaeth Cerdd Sir Gaerfyrddin yn rhoi gwersi cerddoriaeth arbenigol gan staff proffesiynol profiadol iawn i fwy na 6000 o blant bob wythnos ar draws mwy na 100 o ysgolion yn y sir. Bob blwyddyn mae myfyrwyr o bob oed yn cael cyfle i gymryd rhan mewn ymarferion ac i berfformio'n rheolaidd gyda 26 o wahanol ensembles. Maent yn cael pob math o gyfleoedd i berfformio, a hynny'n unigol neu mewn cerddorfa lawn. Hefyd mae myfyrwyr hŷn yn cael cyfle i gael clyweliadau ar gyfer ensembles rhanbarthol a chenedlaethol. Gellir dod o hyd i 'gyn-raddedigion' y Gwasanaeth Cerdd yn gweithio'n broffesiynol ym mhob agwedd ar y byd cerddorol boed hynny mewn sioeau yn y West End, gyda Cherddorfa Ffilharmonig y BBC, a Cherddorfa Ffilharmonig KwaZulu - Natal, neu'n perfformio gyda'u bandiau ar y llwyfan jazz ledled y byd.
