This is the Facebook Page for the Carnoustie West End Bowling Club.

This is the official information page for the club, which is run by the club's management committee. All posts on this page are overseen by the club committee and therefore constitute a formal club position. Others may post to the page but all such posts will be subject to committee approval.

This page is complementary to the current Fanpage, which contains a lot of information about club activities and events, but IS NOT an official club communications page. As stated on the Fanpage:

I have been hearing comments in the clubhouse, and being expressed by committee members, that some people are getting the impression that this page is an official West End club page.
Let me point out to those involved as I have pointed out previously, this is not an official Carnoustie West End page.
The views expressed on here are not necessarily the views shared with the committee or other members of the west end.
This page was set up to keep our friends informed of goings on in the club and in no way is this an official West End notice board ! The posts have not nor will ever be on the instruction of the management committee of the West End bowling Club.
I or rather we cannot stress these point enough. So if you have any comment on its content please direct them to us, not the bowling club.
Hopefully this will once and for all clear up any confusion.
