I run a weekly dance fitness class at F1 Gym in Camelford. This is a place to find out information about my class and other classes at F1 Gym.
My class is an all over body cardio workout. After a couple of warm up tracks I teach around three short dance combinations (of up to 4 moves each) which we repeat then link together. It's fun, informal and a great way to shape up and hone your dance moves, whatever your ability.
This is also my space to share inspirational things from a health and fitness perspective, from trainers and writers whom I respect and who give me motivation to pursue my own fitness journey. It is also of course a plug for my blog (isn't it always?)
