CC Resource Solutions is an Industrial Recruitment Agency specialising in the supply of temporary drivers, all classes, from 3.5 tonne van to category C+E Articulated Goods Vehicle.

The company is based in Boldon at the top of the A19 corridor, ideally placed to service the North of England. Our customers are Blue Chip, logistics providers, such as DHL.

The success of the business has been largely based upon the experience and expert knowledge of the staff. With 20 years experience of the locality and already well established client relationships we are able to serve our customers with the highest quality and reliability.

Our services can be tailored to provide whatever the client requires, for example we can supply a driver for one day, right through to providing an entire recruitment campaign on behalf of a client, for the supply of full time drivers for a given period; all within our current geographical area.

The unique selling point of CC Resource Solutions is our experience gained in dealing with customers and our market knowledge. We have a training arm to the business which has attracted drivers to use our services and has raised our profile within the market place. By having our own training services available to all of our drivers, we are pioneers in our field, going one step further to meet the needs of our customers and giving added value to our service.

New legislation dictates that all goods vehicle drivers must complete a 5 day training course to attain a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), before 1st October 2014. This has caused much controversy amongst goods vehicle drivers and employers and my research has indicated that by offering in-house training under the umbrella of our labour search services, we can reduce the cost to the employer of the training and crucially ensure that their temporary workforce remains compliant.

Will have our own internal CPC trainer and are currently already members of a CPC consortium who provide this training. Our intention is to offer courses at a reduced rate to our larger clients, in order to attract further business. Furthermore, we run special CPC training days, to encourage individual drivers to work and train with us.
