Chimney Pots is a recently renovated contemporary character cottage centrally located in a large village in the heart of the Peak District. You enter the property to a welcoming lounge with wood burning stove (initial supply of logs included) and TV with built in DVD player. Also located on the ground floor is a country cottage kitchen diner with the usual appliances (fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave, washing machine). Accommodation upstairs comprises of two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is a double, and one has two single beds that can be joined to create a superking on request. Outside there is a lovely terraced garden with views over the village rooftops (hence the name Chimney Pots). Garden furniture and BBQ are provided. Please be aware that the terraced garden is accessed via some steps so not ideal for people with mobility issues and children need to be supervised at all times.

The property is well positioned within the second largest village in the Peak District, Tideswell, also known as "Cathedral of the Peak". The village has all the local amenities you may need during your stay, such as four pubs (all serve food), two fish and chip shops, numerous cafes, a Post Office, bank, Co-op, pharmacy, butchers, bakers, greengrocers and more. All amenities are within a short walk from the property and you couldn't get a much shorter walk to the Horse & Jockey pub which is just across the road.

Tideswell is ideally located in the heart of the Peak District with all the popular tourist areas, such as Bakewell, Castleton, Edale (where the Pennine Way commences) and Buxton a short drive away. Popular Peak District activities include walking, cycling and climbing and all of which are easily accessible from Tideswell. The Monsal Trail is popular for walking and cycling and is very close to Tideswell.

Cot and highchair are available upon request.

Pets are welcome and there is no restriction on the number but we ask you keep them downstairs please.
