Our classes are held on a Thursday & Friday evening and are both engaging and fun filled. Our Kickboxing class on a Thursday is 13+ and the Thursday karate class is a 7+ Family class. We only have karate classes on a Friday from ages 4 to 7, 7 to 12 and 13+ We work on a 6 week rotating curriculum that encompasses everything you need to know about karate and Kickboxing. We will get you fitter and we equip you with life skills as well as self defence skills. Martial Arts are a fantastic way to lose weight and build lean muscle mass.
