Churchgate is a Grade 2 listed holiday cottage situated right in the heart of Crantock village, Cornwall a short hop to the fantastic Crantock beach.

Churchgate cottage is available for weekly lets all year round. Operating on a Saturday to Saturday changeover basis this well equipped, pet friendly, self catering holiday cottage is the ideal location for your Cornwall holiday.

The full history of the cottage is not known but it is understood that it was put to many uses over its years including as a schoolhouse and poorhouse.

Churchgate Cottage sleeps 4. Well behaved pets are also welcome. The dwelling comprises of an entrance hall, living room with digital TV and DVD player, two bedrooms (one double bedded and one with full size bunk beds), and bathroom with basin, WC and bath / shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster, along with a CD player/radio. Heating is by night storage heaters & electric oil filled radiators and there is an immersion heater for hot water. A travel cot and high chair are also available. A seperate outhouse complete with washing machine is also available.

There is parking space for one car at the back of the cottage.

Churchgate Cottage also has a small raised patio area with seating to enjoy the final hours of sunlight or relax on a warm summers evening.
