Direct access to public footpaths over fields and woodland. Doddington Gardens and birdwatching nearby. Canterbury, Leeds Castle and Rochester an easy drive, as well as Whitstable famous for its seafood restaurants and oysters. Channel tunnel and ferry ports for France 30 minutes. Howletts and Port Lympne Wildlife Park, ½ hour drive. Horse riding, 5 miles, trout fishing, 10 miles. Shops and pub 1 mile.
