Easy-to-follow dance routines to club anthems from 90's to today with glow sticks & disco lights!
Get fit and have fun! A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the nineties to now.
What happens in a Clubbercise class?
After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options.
What should I wear/bring?
No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/streetwear/fitness clothing… something you can dance/rave in… and
make sure you bring some water.
Do I need to be an experienced dancer?
Having rhythm helps but we deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so anyone can have a go.
Do I need to be fit?
A reasonable level of fitness would help but we do teach high and low impact options so our classes are fine if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!
I have been a fitness Instructor for over 20 years and have experience of teaching a huge variety of classes.
Having previously taught Zumba for a number of years and then Bokwa, I was looking for a new class to teach that would excite me and make me passionate to teach.........
CLUBBERCISE is exactly that.
Always one of the first to hit the dance floor on a night out, I am full of energy and just love how Clubbercise brings the feeling of a night out to every one of the workouts i deliver.
With banging club anthems, UV lighting and the all important glowsticks you really do forget your exercising!! That is until you realise just how much you have sweated and how many calories you have burnt (up to 500!!)....but remember at Clubbercise we don't sweat we glow.
I currently teach a number of different classes at Empire Gym & Studio's in Nuneaton, ranging from BodyPump and Spin to Extreme Core and Fitness Pilates. Previously I have worked at Atherstone Leisure Complex, The Pingles leisure Centre, Jubilee Sports Centre and Bedworth leisure Centre to name just a few.
If you have any questions or would like to know more about what a Clubbercise workout involves please feel free to contact me :-)
Come along and join me on Monday nights at Camp Hill Church Hall (opposite the CHESS Centre) and Tuesdays at Mancetter Memorial Hall and remember
"No Heels, No Hangover"
