Welcome! I'm launching this fantastic fitness class in May at the Civic Centre! Monday and Tuesday evenings (times to be confirmed) First class £5 where you will be given your glow sticks!!! All classes £4 after that. A fantastic cardio workout - held in the dark with neon disco and uv lights - wear bright clothing. It's going to be sweaty fun - but if your names not down - you can't come in!! Keeping the club VIP feeling real - don't miss this opportunity to burn off calories whilst dancing away to fantastic 90's club anthems. Really uplifting, repetitive and easy moves - you can't go wrong and if you did - nobody can see you anyway!!!!
