The spacious ground floor studio (80 sq m) is conveniently located in the centre of Congleton near to the Leisure Centre. Classes to suit all levels are taught by Christina Niewola who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1977 and teaching for over 25 years.
Christina is an approved Iyengar Yoga teacher trainer and began training Iyengar Yoga introductory level teachers in 2009.
Beginners are welcome to General Classes and all equipment is provided.
Teacher Training courses run on the first weekend of the month.
