I (Contessa - yes that's my real name) started making them for weddings and desserts in our hampers and now we make around 500 -1000 pieces every week.
They have become famous and everybody who tries them always says 'they are the best brownies I've ever tasted'. I think its because they are made with love and also the finest chocolate and free range eggs.
Our brownies do not contain nuts and we can make them gluten free!
I also run brownie workshops to share the brownie love - the recipe will be shared with you on the event so you can make your own delicious brownie at home any time!
