The Cambridge estate agents since 2015. Property for sale in Cambridge and the nearby villages. Planning and development advice. Property valuations.
What Cooke Curtis & Co do is simple. We sell properties in Cambridge and the nearby villages for the best possible price in the least possible time.
How we do it isn’t.
It’s an intricately considered, meticulously developed process, formed over our 35+ years experience in the local property market.

A little about Cooke
Sam Cooke became an Agent in 1999 and before starting CC&C in 2015 worked as an Associate Director of former local firm TuckerGardner, running their Great Shelford sales office. Before that he was an Associate at Cheffins. He is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Sam’s family can trace its Cambridge roots back over 500 years and he counts among his close relations a previous Director of Cambridge United and a former Mayor of the City. He grew up in Fulbourn and Stapleford and now lives in Trumpington with his wife and three smallish children.
When not selling houses he is a Governor of Trumpington Community College, a student of Taekwondo and an enthusiast of rusty old cars and cycles that he occasionally races. With no success.

A little about Curtis
Jamie Curtis started working as a Cambridge Estate Agent in 1992 and since then he has been responsible for the sale of thousands of properties locally.
His career began with a firm on Regent Street. He has worked as an Associate at Cheffins in their Cambridge, Haverhill and Saffron Walden offices and most recently as Associate Director of TuckerGardner running their Histon and then Cambridge City offices.
Jamie was born in Mill Road, Cambridge and started life in a little hamlet near Linton called Streetly End. After a spell in different parts of the country as a youth he returned home and now lives in Fulbourn with his wife, youngest son and a few chickens. When he gets spare time he likes to grow, cook and eat things from the garden.

A little about our approach to selling a property
When we visit you for a valuation we will talk to you about the precise approach that we think best suits your property, its location and your circumstances, but the core of what we do is to provide:
— Carefully crafted, well-written property particulars, highlighting what’s important about your property and, just as importantly, your area, whilst cutting out the waffle.
— Beautiful photographs, taken with professional level equipment by professionally trained photographers.
— Detailed floor plans and title plans that show exactly how every property physically stands and its layout, orientation and size — the things people really need to know.
— Considered, focused internet coverage and electronic marketing including a genuinely state-of-the-art website and the most advanced software available within our industry.
— London marketing via The Park Lane Office and national marketing through our membership of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
— Unique, detailed press advertising in local newspapers and regional magazines.
— A prominent, easily accessible south City premises with customer parking and a digital window display, right on one of the busiest routes into the City.
— Exceptional presentation that gives prominence to your property, not our branding.
— Long opening hours and mobile phone contact for out-of-hours service.
— Expert negotiation and sales progression, handled personally by one of our Partners.
— Enthusiasm, dedication, perseverance and the desire to provide an outstanding service.
