My names Coco,
I'm training to become a yoga teacher. Group classes starting in Haverhill as of March 1st!

I believe yoga can benefit all people regardless of age, size or ability.

I don't feel that yoga has to be spiritual if you don't want it to be or that you must be a vegan to take part! For me yoga is about being at one with your own body, knowing what your body needs and finding your own personal peace. After all when we are happy and at peace with ourselves we glow.

My aim is to teach the way I enjoy to practice yoga, which is calm, relaxing but beneficial on a practical day to day basis.
