Acro Dance is the fusion of the artistic motion of dance and the athleticism of gymnastics. Learn tricks and moves to improve flexibility, strength, agility and confidence too!

Dance Fusion - Adults - Wednesday 6-7pm
This class offers the unique opportunity to explore and learn a variety of different dance styles and techniques. Come along to keep fit, make friends, learn something new, and above all, have fun!

Dream Dance - 3-5 year olds - Friday 11-11.30am
Dream Dance incorporates the beginnings of dance and acting. in a fun, creative, imaginative environment. Each exercise tells a story taking the children on a magical journey through dance and drama.

Acrobabies - 3-5 year olds - Friday 11.30am-12pm
A fun and energetic class that enables children to learn and develop basic co ordination, strength, flexibility and balance.
