I encourage, support and enhance the application of philosophy to all aspects of business, management and education to make a real difference to how you and your organisation find positive and lasting approaches in our rapidly changing world.

I offer consultancy and development services to look afresh at the philosophies you use, the values that motivate everything you do, and the processes and systems running throughout your organisation, to help you get the best from yourself and your colleagues. I use an experienced organisational development approach informed by a range of theoretical frameworks from philosophy.
