Defence Lab is a global network of self defence and fitness training facilities.

We offer two core programmes at our Bury St Edmunds Lab.

The DNA Fight System is our Adult Self Defence and Fitness Programme. DNA Fight Science offers an exciting and progressive curriculum with a fresh and dynamic approach to Self Protection training. This amazing journey will take you from beginner to black grade and along the way you will notice a rapid increase in your confidence and fitness levels.

Defencelab classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability and our goal is to ensure that you enjoy your training whilst learning effective self defence in a safe, professional and fun environment.

The second programme that we offer is DefenceLab Kids (DL Kids). The emphasis here is a fun, safe self-defence and life skills programme for children. Classes are exciting and practical helping children to develop awareness, physical fitness, confidence, self discipline and respect.
