I am a relatively new enthusiastic photographer. Currently working towards gaining my LRPS by the RPS. Willing to travel for new and exciting projects.
I have always had a flare for the creative. When I was at secondary school I studied Art & Design and even had a bash at constructing my own unique style of clothes. Then later in 1992 I qualified in Hair & Beauty, also undertaking small projects in theatrical make-up (as well as performing) with the local amateur dramatics society.
In recent years I have developed a strong passion for photography. Believing it was something I should have pursued many years before, I enrolled on a beginners course. During this time, after purchasing my first DSLR, I found myself being able to apply all of my talents into one area that I feel so enthusiastic about.
The expression of emotion, intuition and my love for working with people, animals, nature and the elements of this fantastic world we live in are able to be captured forevermore… just like magic.
I love working with natural light, social photography, where you can capture real situations - building memories for people. Being part of many unique creative opportunities is something I romanticise about. Dramatic landscapes also enchant me and encourage me to create art forms, which are not just pleasing to me but for everyone that I meet.
