White Horse Samba is a samba band formed to serve the community, just as in traditional Brazilian samba.
We are a friendly group incorporating people from all parts of the community who want to get together to make music and HAVE FUN!

White Horse Samba welcomes drummers from age 11 upwards and dancers are welcome from the age of 15. There is no need for any previous experience. The only requirements really necessary are a willingness to have fun and to join in.

We currently meet every Wednesday evening at 7.15pm until 9.00pm at The John Bentley School in Calne. In addition to this we regularly hold drumming and dance workshops.

We have a busy schedule through the year playing at a mixture of carnivals, gigs and charity events.
