Celtic Diving has been successfully running scuba diving charters for over ten years, in that time we have managed hundreds of charter trips with thousands of divers. Our coastline is remote and beautiful, the diving is awesome, you can enjoy all this from a proper seaworthy and spacious vessel. Very tidy, comfortable self catering overnight accommodation is provided at St. Nicholas in twin rooms, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, lounge with sea views, off road parking and garden with barbeque area.

Charter boat details: Crewed by Divers for Divers - Wandrin’ Star is 48ft and easily the largest diving charter hard boat operating in Pembrokeshire, west Wales. She offers ample deck space for twelve divers plus their kit. To make the diving easier all kit can be secured onboard overnight for your convenience. Wandrin’ Star is a dedicated dive charter boat and provides an extremely stable platform from which to dive, she is maintained to a very high standard and is a great dive boat in choppy seas. Onboard we carry all the safety equipment required by the MCA, plus we have state of the art navigational equipment for wreck detection. Wandrin’ Star has Category 2 coding for 12 Divers plus two crew up to 60 miles, which more than allows us to reach all the well known dive sites as well as the lesser known wrecks and reefs along the Pembrokeshire coast and offshore.

The Diving: There are some fantastic dive sites on the west Wales coast, we are not limited to wreck diving, but it is is our speciality and we have plenty of shipwrecks here off Pembrokeshire to choose from: HMS Whirlwind, The Sutton, The Herefordshire, Gramsbergen, Baron Carnegie, SS West Quechee, Empire Panther, Calburga, Vendome, Dan Beard, Musgrave, Nimrod, Count D'Aspremont, Whitehaven and the Lucy to name a few. There is also plenty of other diving including; reefs, walls, canyons, drop offs, drifts, offshore islands. The marine wildife in Pembrokeshire is incredible and you will encounter many of the varied species that inhabit our waters: dolphins, seals, conger eel, wrasse, pollack, dogfish, butterfish, greater pipefish, mackerel, crustaceans, edible crab, common hermit crab, velvet swimming crab, spiny spider crab, common lobster, crayfish, spiny squat lobster, common prawn, sea fans, common anemones, dead mans fingers, common jellyfish, common sea squirts, lightbulb sea squirts, common starfish, common sun star, bristle stars, common sea cucumbers, edible sea urchins, great scallop, sea hare, common cuttlefish, common octupus, sponges...
