Creature Comforts is a local Berkhamsted business, dedicated to helping you keep your pets happy. I have been serving local pets and their owners for several years, offering dog walking and training services. I also work as an Assistant Trainer with Nosey Barkers in Harlow. I act as a volunteer helper with a lost dog service when I can, and have helped with fundraising and dog walking at a local dog rescue.
The services I offer are Dog Training, Dog Walking, Pop-Ins for Dogs, Cats and other small furries, and Advice and Guidance on getting your Puppy or Rescue Dog.
Dog Walking Service: I walk sociable dogs that like a good walk (at least an hour), off-lead, in a small group. We walk at Ashridge, Tring Park or Wendover Woods, returning them home happy, tired, ...... and maybe a little muddy!
Dog Training Service: I am currently training to be a fully qualified Dog Trainer and have undertaken many courses, with more still to do. Combine this with my years of experience with dogs, and I'm in good position to offer dog training advice on basic day-to-day issues.
Advice and Guidance on getting a Puppy or Rescue Dog: I'm happy to discuss with you all the practicalities involved in getting a puppy or rescue dog, and what you need to prepare and plan for.
Credentials: I am fully insured and CRB checked, have NARPS membership (National Association of Pet Sitters), and have completed the following training courses: Canine First Aid, Dog Behaviour, Kennel and Cattery Management, Dog Handling, Dog Training, Canine Body Language, Canine Aggression and Rehabilitation, Resource Guarding, and Puppy Instructor. Most importantly, I have lots of good references from dog owners who have entrusted their dog's care to me.
