Welcome to Yoga Fusion and Yoga with Emma....together we are creating the ultimate yoga experience in our area.
Two like minded individuals with different backgrounds helping you find your perfect yoga experience.
First we start with Yoga Fusion run by Dulcie.
Dulcie's love of both Vinyasa yoga and dance have been combined to create a fun fast yoga flow.
Vinyasa means to 'flow' between poses and in this class you certainly will!
Yoga Fusion combines Ashtanga and Hatha poses to music and has an uplifting beat to it. ( to your non yogi this means we stretch in different styles! )
The dance element is brought in half way through the class and its fun, nothing too technical just a fun way to move.
This class will invigorate and stretch you.
The class ends with a wonderful savasana which is a relaxing lie down!!!!
Yoga with Emma.....
Emma provides Traditional Sivananda Yoga classes focusing on core strength, flexibility and relaxation.
The class is a slower pace and very relaxing and mindful
Emma also runs pre-natal classes and Yoga for kids!
