EHF Downham Market does exactly what it says on the tin. Offering a comprehensive range of the most up to date resistance and cardiovascular gym equipment, and with highly experienced, qualified staff on hand to help members achieve the most from each and every visit; EHF Downham Market will appeal to anybody with health and fitness goals.

It has now been over 6 years since Everybody Health & Fitness opened in Swaffham; in that time we've sponsored League Champions North Pickenham Football Club, teamed up with EHF Velopro, won multiple National Awards, partnered with Carl Goldsmith Fatloss Coach and created EHF Raceday, an outdoor event catering company.
