Ellesmere Port Golf Course is a fine example of a parkland course surrounded by woodland. It's an enjoyable test for both beginners and skilled golfers alike. Strategically placed bunkers and water hazards ensure golfers need to think carefully about their shots, but do this and the results will be rewarding.
The last four holes are some of the finest in the area, especially the 17th. The 173-yard par 3 has a tight approach shot with a green surrounded by bunkers and an encroaching ditch. It’s a stunning hole to play visually with the surrounding woodland and a good shot from the tee is a must on this testing hole.
Ellesmere Port Golf Course boasts a clubhouse where you will receive a warm welcome. There you’ll be able to enjoy refreshments from the bar, browse the golf shop and get expert advice or tuition from our teaching professionals. If fitness is your thing then don’t forget to take a look at the gym & squash court on your next visit.
