Elmwood House is a traditionally built stone villa situated in a quiet Conservation Area within easy walking distance to the town centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre and all local amenities. The front terrace is south facing with lovely open views over the hills. A perfect place to relax!

We have two first-floor apartments, each can comfortably accommodate 2 people and are very similar in design and décor, the main difference is that Tummel has twin beds, Tay has a double bed. Each has a large lounge with open plan kitchen/dining area (front facing over the hills). Tay has a double bed, Tummel has twin beds. Both have a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

They are fully furnished with leather sofas, TV (Freeview), DVD player, washing machine, refrigerator with ice box, cooker, microwave and hairdryer. Wireless access for your laptop is available free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are provided and hot water is included in the price. Electricity is metered at standard, non profit rate. Also provided is a 'starter pack' of tea, coffee, toilet roll and cleaning materials.
