Chef and Director Gordon has developed his business at Escoffier’s by drawing on his vast experience over the last 35 years, ranging from being a regular competitor of The Salon Culinaire D Ecosse, and Head Chef at Cameron House to a Finalist at The Balvenie Master of Craft Awards 2013 at Somerset House in London. We specialise in Fine Dining, Catering for outside events, along with Intimate Candlelight, Italian, Scottish, Seafood, and French Themed Dinner Parties. We also offer Fine Dining Events for Weddings, Engagements, Parents of The Wedding Couple, Anniversary Dinners or just for that Special Occasion. All our menus and events are bespoke and come complete with White Linen, Crystal Glasses, and Gold Leaf Crockery. And we now own and operate Central Scotland’s first Fine Dining Pop Up Restaurant here at our home in Alloa creating great food for private dining.We also provide Cookery Skills Classes in Scottish, Italian, French, Indian Seafood and Asian Cuisine, either here at our premises or at your own home or workplace.
