Ethic Street Pizza is a Social Enterprise providing quality artisan catering for corporate, private and community customers. All our profits go to local good causes.
We use local suppliers to produce the quality ingredients we use and hand make each pizza to order. Our pizzas are cooked in our mobile wood fired pizza oven.
Ethic Street Pizza is perfect festival food. We are booked to attend many 2016/17 events and like to offer a unique twist to reflect a locally produced product or event theme.
We offer a unique wedding service, providing an engaging, relaxing option for guests. Our wood fired pizza oven doesn't take long to fire-up meaning we are able to cater for small or large private parties. Not needing electricity and being fully mobile enables us to set up in a variety of environments. Guests can be served or be involved hands-on in the pizza making experience.
Ethic Street Pizza is part of Maximise (South West) Ltd. We use our wood fired pizza oven to support those most disengaged from learning to help them develop new skills and gain qualifications in food hygiene.
We only use quality ingredients and where possible, only use local suppliers. Our tasty dough is from Bakery Roy-al in Martock who have just celebrated their 21st birthday, Roy, is a fourth generation baker whose father and grandfather had businesses in villages a stones throw away. Bakery Roy-Al also use locally sourced ingredients and all of the flour used in the bakery is bought from the family miller. Oh, and did I mention their cakes? Bakery Roy-al has some of the best in the West! Don't take my word for it, visit one their shops in Martock, South Petherton or Ilminster.
Trading for just a bit longer, the Clapp family have been making cheese since the 16th Century! Their farm Brue Valley produce fine mozzarella cheese from cows milk that also makes our pizzas taste so special. Based in Glastonbury, their mozzarella and butter can be sourced in many local artisan shops and farmers markets.
