Exmouth Swimming and Life Saving Society

Founded in 1893 & run by volunteers, we help people learn to swim & promote this sport in the community.

Exmouth Swimming and Life Saving Society was founded in 1893. Lessons and Water polo were seasonally taught in Exmouth Docks until the Club moved to the salt water pool on Exmouth sea front. The Club moved to its current base at Exmouth Leisure Centre when the pool was built in 1985.

We are run by dedicated volunteers who receive no payment in return for their services.
