A brand new social running club for brand new runners. It's all about having a go and having fun. No targets, no pressure, just doing it for fun.
Fairford FunRunners was established in June 2015 as a running club for anyone new to running or who wanted to get back into running. The idea was to create a fun, relaxed, no pressure environment where the only competition is that which the participant puts on themselves and where everybody supports each other whatever their ability.
This is still the ethos of the Fairford FunRunners, where we know that one persons warm up is somebody else's marathon
We want the club to be accessible to all so the cost is low - we only ask for a weekly £1 donation towards a club social fund.
