Our facebook page aims to give families up to date information, news and advice.

The health visiting service work with women in the antenatal period and support families and children until the child starts school.
This is offered via a universal pathway called the Healthy Child Programme which offers core contacts through this period. The health visiting team work closely with our early years practitioners and family support workers who can offer support with toileting, diet, sleep, behaviour management and speech and language issues.

The health visitors will also offer targeted intervention for vulnerable families through the universal plus and targeted pathway / contacts.
