Force Core Fitness: Personal Training and Military style classes

FCF provide a professional personal training service whether you are a complete beginner to fitness or a dedicated sports person. Customers can choose from one to one, one to two sessions, with or without a periodised long term program. All programs are tailor made to the individual following consulatation and fitness testing. Military style circuit classes will begin soon these will be group based sessions open to the general public, with discounts for FCF PT customers. Qualifications:
Level 3 Personal Trainer and Exercise Instructor
Certificate in pre and post natal exercise prescription
REPs registered and fully insured
Ex-Armed Forces, over 10 years of military fitness training

Areas served:
Wormit, Newport, Tayport, Leuchars, Balmullo, Dundee and Broughty Ferry. Anything further afield would be on a consultation basis and any travel fees will be added to the session fee.
