At FitClub we - train hard / get stronger /
Our classes focus a lot on bodyweight exercises and we work a lot of HIIT (high intensity interval training). Mix in some cardio, a lot of resistance, core, circuit blasts & even team games ! Workouts are fun, intense and suit every fitness level - modifications for the tough stuff.
No 2 classes ever the same.. we never get bored!
