This is a first floor 1 bedroom flat accessed via secure entry with a double bed and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. TV with freeview, DVD player and Amazon fire stick. Wifi is available. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower. Bedding and towels are included. There is a shared back courtyard with sitting area, washing line and space where bikes can be secured. Smoking is not permitted within the building. Well behaved pets are welcome by negotiation.
Ferry also available from Colintraive to Rhubodach - 8 mile drive from there to Rothesay but bus links are available - also excellent bus service around the Island from Guildford Square in Rothesay. Great golf courses to play and fabulous places to fish. Also loads of ancient archaeological places to visit and we have Rothesay Castle and Mount Stuart house as great places to visit too. The flat has a portfolio of information for loads of things to see and do while you enjoy your stay here.
