We have over 30 years combined experience of both online and archive research and excellent computer skills and equipment for you to call on.
Unlike many genealogists that want substantial payments up front for extensive research, we offer research in affordable stages that quickly brings your family history to life in easy to read albums that are easier to understand and share immediately with your family. Our scrapbook style presentation allows both landscape and portrait documents to be easily displayed and also enables you to add your own certificates, photos and other mementos to your album.
Using our fantastic large scale, high quality printer we can arrange and print your family tree in a vast range of formats and backgrounds up to A1 single sheets or a continuous roll that can go right round a room if your tree is that big!
We can also produce box canvas prints of your trees or photo enlargements for standard or bespoke size up to A1.
Our experience of presenting family histories means we can advise the best way to print and bind your stories, census, birth, marriage, death, military records, certificates and photos whether that is in our scrapbook albums, ring binders, springback binders or keepsake boxes for a really professional look to be able to share your hard work with family and friends.
We can provide one to one tuition on the Ancestry.com website on your own tree if you want to improve your own research skills.
We also do old photo scanning, restoration and enlargements or can mount your favourite photo of lovely Nidderdale or family portraits to show off your photography skills.
We will be launching some historical walking tours of local places of interest this summer and can arrange tailor made half or full day personal tours.
Pop in and browse our collection of new, second hand and rare historical books, maps and research materials including churchyard monumental inscriptions. We also sell a variety of photo frames for you to display your own family photos.
Our vouchers make great presents for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Father's/Mother's day etc which can be used for research, tuition or goods.
We can even make videos of your family history and upload them to YouTube for family and friends in far off lands to view.

We are based in the King Street Workshops at Pateley Bridge which bring together a group of artists, makers and designers working as individual businesses. We are located near the wonderful local museum in the Old Workhouse which is well worth a visit in it's own right.
