Four Gables Food Community is run by a culinary team based at Four Gables Food Academy, our cookery school located in leafy Ashtead, Surrey and led by chef patron David Gillott (he’s very approachable so don’t be shy of asking him your questions via the cookery forum).
We like to get out and about attending food festivals, markets and events, and so we chat to a lot of lovely people – mainly about our favourite subject: food.
