Pilates is a form of exercise which trains the 'core' muscles. Retraining these muscles helps to improve your posture and prevent injury/reinjury.
I am a chartered physiotherapist with over 30 years experience of treating people with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. I have completed additional training in teaching Pilates. My Pilates classes have been running in Brighouse for over 12 years. I do regular equipment classes such as gym ball and foam roller.
