Freestyle Custom Tattoo Studio is a passionate and hard working studio. With versatile artists, Chris Dignand one of the most experienced tattooists in Plymouth.

Chris has 25 years experience with the majority being done in Australia, working in Canberra City Tattoo Company, Modern Premitives, Ocean View Tattoo, Body Magic, Tattoo Extreme and Australia's Freestyle Tattoo.

Chris started tattooing in Plymouth on the 1st of December 2007, when Chris returned to the UK and opened Freestyle Tattoo. It started as a small studio at the rear of Turnstyles Barbers on Embankment Road, two years later he moved to the rear of First Class hairdressers, then in April 2010 he moved to 82 Embankment road.

Freestyle Tattoo aims to cover all of their clients needs, using top of the range Inks such as "Eternal""Silverbackinks" and "Intenze". They also use "Micky Sharpz""StigmarRotary" machines as well as other well established manufacturers.

Diversity is Chris's speciality, specialising in polynesian, traditional japanese, lettering, portraits, biomechanical, tribal, maori, old school, new school, neo, realistic, cover ups as well as custom work, check out the galleries on the website.

Chris likes to do his own bespoke designs, but is also happy to work with the client to find the right design and influence for each customer.

Chris is also a master of cover up work, taking on and succeeding where others dare not attempt. With roughly 25 years of experience, Chris has a lot to offer his clients.

Chris has great relations with all tattooists in plymouth and is highly respected.
