Wada Ryu Karate is a traditional Japanese Martial Art ideally suited for men, women and children.
Classes are as follows:-
Monday 4.45pm - 5.45pm Family class Morton Village hall Gainsborough. (Term time only)
Thursday 7.00pm - 8.30pm Adults mixed Class @ Gainsborough Leisure Centre. (All year)
Martial Arts teaches you self confidence, posture, how to take control of your self and feel confident if you were to ever be in a dangerous situation. You learn a wide range of techniques which aid in fitness, self worth aiding in building a happy and positive person.
You will make great friends throughout your journey, many may come and go as life changes and many may return. By embarking on this martial arts journey you will be developing mentally, physically and emotionally.
Anybody is welcome. New comers please wear something comfy to train in.
Once you feel comfortable and know you are happy to continue training we ask that you purchase a Gi from ourselves or via any reputable merchant.
We train in bare feet, so be prepared.
