Gill's Puddings Ltd

Gill's Puddings Ltd is run by husband and wife team Kim and Gill Smith. It was established in 1996 from tiny beginnings at home in their kitchen, having outgrown the kitchen they moved the business to their unit in Market Drayton in 2001.

All desserts are handcrafted to a high specification using the finest quality ingredients, including fresh Jersey cream and free range eggs, hydrogenated fats are not permitted in any of our desserts.
We have one of the highest food hygiene standards and are annually audited by SALSA (Safe And Local Supplier Approval).
Our desserts are produced to order and delivered fresh (minimum order for free delivery is £40).

We started making a small range of individual savoury pies (already winning a silver award for our steak and ale pie) these are currently only available through our shop although we are currently sourcing manufacturing equipment so we can increase production to enable us to supply our wholesale customers.

Our retail shop is open 10.00 am - 16.00 pm daily from Wednesday to Saturday. We are currently running an 'offer of the week' with 30% off a selected dessert, only available in the shop (one per customer).
