Glenrothes Amateur Boxing Club offers great facilities to the public. We have a wide variety of equipment on site including our newly built outdoor assault course, which is not for the faint hearted! We offer classes to children and adults both male and female. Boxing training is ideal for working on all areas of fitness and strength. We have fully qualified coaches on site with many years experience who will help push you beyond your limits! So if you are interested in boxing, want to become a boxer or just want to get fit and reach new goals then get yourself along to one of our classes!!
Memberships are available £40 for the year, classes for non members £5 and for members £3. Class times are as follows:
* Kids classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5pm-6pm.
* Mixed Adult Classes run Monday to Friday 6pm-7.15pm
* Ladies only classes run Tuesday & Thursdays 7.15pm-8.30pm and Sundays 10am-11am.
