Glossop NatureFit Academy is an outdoor Personal Training organization created to help anybody wanting to get fit, improve health and wellbeing.

I have set up this outdoor academy/organisation to help people who want to change their lives around such as changing diet, lifestlye, getting into shape, building muscle, increasing strength, power and flexibility and overall feel better and healthier as a person.

All training sessions will be set outdoors to different locations within Glossop/Hadfield,Padfield and Hollingworth area such as fields,parks and car parks. As a mobile PT I am happy to discuss a specific location to train during consultations, mobile outdoor training is ideal for those who find it difficult to use and attend the gym regularly with barriers such as finances, travel and commitments. GNFA offers alternatives to these barriers such as, no travel costs, having your own privacy and training at your own leisure in your own relaxing natural enviroment.
