Starting with the main ingredients of sustainable agriculture, responsible business practices and the promotion of small independent producers - which reflect our respect for the environment and for the people who produce what we eat - we do our best to serve the freshest, tastiest food and coffee. The ingredients we use and sell are grown ecologically and organically. We choose biodynamic, whenever possible, and fair, preferably direct trade.
