A small, balanced and versatile choir for confident, competent choral singers. Based in Cranleigh, Surrey, with members from across the South East.

With unashamedly high standards, Harlequin Chamber Choir is a small, versatile group of auditioned amateur singers. The choir attracts singers of all ages, from recent university graduates to established professionals. A number of its members are former university choral scholars. The group performs both 'a cappella' and accompanied music of carefully programmed sacred and secular music throughout the ages. Music is sung both from memory and with scores, depending on complexity and musical style. Singers need to feel comfortable in small groups and be confident to hold a part independently. The choir performs in concerts, at weddings and charity events, sometimes as a whole and sometimes in smaller ensembles. The choir enters competitions and festivals. Harlequin Chamber Choir is based on the Surrey-Sussex border in Cranleigh.
Harlequin meets on Tuesday evenings. The choir is by audition only, intends to remain small, but is still interested in hearing from keen singers.
