The Harleston Stingrays Swimming Club is is voluntary run club, affiliated with the ASA and supported by Water Lilies Swimming School.
Following the success of Water Lilies Swimming School's popular swimming galas over the last few years and lots of interest from the Water Lilies' Development Squad we were delighted to created the Harleston Stingrays Swimming Club.
Previously Water Lilies' has been a feeder to local swimming clubs such as St Felix, Beccles Kingfishers and Diss Otters.
Our new swimming club offers greater competitive opportunities for older swimmers coming through Water Lilies Swimming School. It also offers and a more structured pathway for younger swimmers to continue in a sport they enjoy.
The club is open to any girl or boy of STA Bronze Award or above.
The Harleston Stingrays Swimming Club is voluntary run club and affiliated with the ASA East Region. The club is supported by Water Lilies Swimming School.
We follow the guidance in Wavepower for child safeguarding, the ASA Code of Ethics and Codes of Conduct.
The Harleston Stingrays Swimming Club trains term-time weekly in the community pool in Harleston, Norfolk.
There are some exciting opportunities for parents to get involved with the club. We appreciate all help offered, however small. If you are interested in helping us run the swimming club, we do have Committee Board positions currently available.
Please speak to Club Chairman Teresa Griffin or Head Coach Laura Goodswen to find out how to volunteer and be part of the Harleston Stingrays Club team.
A full list of the Club Officers, Committee Members and Coaches can be found on the notice board at the pool.
